Safety & User Responsibilities

To help keep everyone safe, please note your responsibilities when using the Digital Dock:

Electrical equipment
Any personal electrical items brought on site must be PAT tested and in safe working condition. Portable heaters are not permitted unless specifically authorised.

Fire safety awareness
As the facility may be unstaffed at times, all users must familiarise themselves with the fire action notices displayed throughout the building. These explain how to raise the alarm, evacuation routes and the assembly point.

By using the Digital Dock, you agree to follow these requirements and act responsibly in the interest of everyone’s safety.

Clean & Comfortable Environment

Regular cleaning of communal areas is carried out to maintain a clean and comfortable workspace. Hand sanitiser and cleaning materials are available for users who wish to freshen their workspace during their visit. Users are encouraged to leave desks in a tidy condition after use.
